We created our service to meet the needs of home users and home-based businesses that prefer not to disconnect and drag their computers into a shop for service.

Our commitment is to do more than simply service your computer - we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied and comfortable with your computer service experience.  We do this by travelling to your house or business and taking care of all your computer needs for you!  If your computer needs repair then after providing an initial diagnosis and estimate, we complete most needed upgrades or repairs onsite, ensuring that your computer system works properly before we leave.  In most cases, all work can be done in a single visit.  All of this for a price that is competitive with what many of the "big guys" charge for carry-in service!

At Professor PC we don't just repair computers we can also work for you to enhance your computer enjoyment.  Many people know the basics of a computer but as with anything in life, the more you learn about a subject the more you get out of it.  That is why Professor PC can also help you to learn more about your computer through one to one tuition in your home and at a time that is convenient to you.
